Please read the following frequently asked questions to learn more about us and our ordering process. Q. What is your minimum order amount? A. Our minimum order amount is £250 Q. Do you provide samples? A. No, we do not sell samples. We ask for a minimum quantity of four per item when you order. Q. Do your items have labels and tags inact? A. All our items have labels and tags unless it is a store brand (M&S, Dorothy Perkins,Burtons,Topshop etc) It is illegal to sell these in the UK without the brandholders permission. Q. Do you have any special offers? A. Yes, if you buy 50 of a particular item, you will receive 10% off*, order 100 of a particular item, you will receive 15% off*. Q. Can I pick and choose sizes/colours? A. We always give a mixture of colours and sizes in whatever you order. We are unable to guarantee exact sizes due to high volume of stock turnover. Q. Are we able to visit your warehouse? A. Yes, we are open 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday. Our postcode is BH15 3SS. We recommend allowing 2 hours to view our extensive range of stock. Q. How can I pay? A. We accept credit or debit card (excluding Amex), bank transfer or cash in person Q. Where is your stock sourced? A. All our goods are sourced from companies that we’ve dealt with for many years. ALL GOODS on our website are to the best of our knowledge, 100% genuine. Q. What is your returns policy? A. We always exchange any damaged items within 14 days. *Except where indicated
